I believe I'm a maverick.
I stumbled upon training a decade ago and realized it offered me the space to work with people and do what I do best -- be creative.
Relying less on content-heavy PowerPoints, I've perfected the art of using game, sociometrics and Neuro linguistic programming in countless areas of facilitation: language, customer relationship management, cultural diversity, and leadership.
My choice of technology rests on the premise that people learn best when they learn unconsciously AND when they’re having fun -- seriously!
With my finger on the pulse I can reach into my tool box and screw any nut into place (pun intended) :)
